Snow Days
Rumour has it Mother Nature is considering throwing snow at us in the coming days. I thought this would be a great opportunity to remind everyone of the snow day policies!
In the event of a snow day:
- the blog will confirm gym closure by 2pm
- should we decide after 2pm of the closure, you will be contacted via phone or email
- snow days do not result in make up classes
Thanks! I have my fingers crossed for a warm and uneventful winter season!

October - Athletes of the month
Tumbling: Seta van der Hoop
Seta had a very rough 2009 season. She became very ill and unfortunately had to miss every competition and most of her trainings. It felt as though every month had a new set back for her! In October, she seemed to begin feeling like herself again and started a stead climb back to her peak form. She now looks better then ever and you can tell by her loud laugh and strong passes that she is feeling great too! Welcome back kid!
Trampoline: Daniel Groenewegen
Daniel has been a member of our trampoline program for only short amount if time now. He began in the spring as an interclub member and has slowly been working his way up the ranks! He finished off October ready to compete in Level B and chipping away at Level A and National skills which is impressive to say the least. Keep it up!
